A collection of FAA listed (and some other) Heliports in the Chicago Metropolitan area of Illinois. These heliports are mostly hospitals & medical facilities and the bulk are ground helipads. For the most part, no scenery objects were created for the actual helipads... the photogrammetry (which you need to have on for best results) and ground images seem clear enough to see without adding "artificial" pads and such.
   A document included in the package lists all of the FAA ICAO#.s and some general notes on each heliport.  Windsocks and lighting have been added per available information and aerial photo observations. There are a couple of heliports that use scenery objects from the Helipads Pack by GBZH35 available on flightsim.to. These objects are coded into the scenery package so you don't need the additional packages to see them. If you want to see the windsocks I have added, you will need the "windy things" sim object package by trfsto also found on flightsim.to. These windsocks seem to work better and offer a better variety than the stock ABSOBO windsocks you see at most airports.
